much balance + new upgrade + replay feature + polish

New features:

• buy some swag (for free, it's in the game and the game is free)
• replay your latest carnage youtube style

Other stuff

• Bounce upgrade is way better
• Explosions synergise with Bounce
• You have to click the fake ad to progress to the upgrade store
• Phone has sweet trail to follow it better
• Camera is slightly closer to action (may be improved again, but I think I'm done)

Also, WebGL support is done, but I'm waiting to be sure I'm mostly done with the game before uploading.
